About these terms
These terms apply to aedita.com and to signing up for early access to Aedita. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. If you use Aedita on behalf of a company, you agree for that company.
Early access
Aedita is not publicly available yet. Signing up puts you on a list; it doesn’t create a paid account or guarantee access by a particular date. We open access in waves and may change, pause or stop early access at any time. When you get access to the product, it will come with its own terms, which you’ll be asked to accept.
What you send us
You can describe your product and share your website with us. Only send what you have the right to share. You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to use it to prepare your ads and run early access, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- sign up with someone else’s email address or with automated tools;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, or promotes products you have no right to advertise;
- try to disrupt, overload or break into the site.
Our content
The site, its design, text, and the example ads on it belong to Aedita. Brands shown in the example ads are fictional. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be error-free or always online. Descriptions of the product may change before it launches.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aedita is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or early-access sign-up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
